1. Eligibility for Refund

  • If the Service is canceled within 24 hours of the first delivery.
  • If there is a significant issue with the Service that we are unable to resolve.

2. Non-Refundable Costs

2.1 The following costs are non-refundable:

  • Shipping and packaging costs.
  • Costs for materials purchased in advance.

  • Provide your subscription details and explain the reason for your refund request.
  • Refund requests will be processed within 7 business days.

4. Partial Refunds

4.1 Partial refunds may be issued based on the proportion of services not provided.

5. Mode of Refund

5.1 All refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of purchase. 5.2 Refunds cannot be issued to a different payment method than the one used during the initial transaction.

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 Customer Cancellation

  • Customers can cancel their subscription by providing 24-hour notice.
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during the purchase.

6.2 Company Cancellation

  • FitFuel reserves the right to cancel subscriptions due to operational issues or other unforeseen reasons.
  • In such cases, a pro-rated refund will be provided based on the unused portion of the subscription.
